Sukkur police have rescued a kidnapped victim during an operation, who was abducted two months ago from Ghouspur.
In the area of Baiji in Sukkur, police have been conducting an operation against bandits, which led to the recovery of the victim who was kidnapped from Ghouspur.
The victim was lured by a female voice two months ago and was being transferred to another location by the kidnappers. Acting on a tip-off, the police intervened, and upon their arrival, the kidnappers abandoned the victim and fled.
In another development, the police, along with intelligence agencies, conducted an operation in the Kachu Keeti area of Shikarpur and rescued a kidnapped individual from Ghotki. The victim had been abducted 11 days earlier from Ghotki. During the operation, the police fired at the kidnappers, wounding one who subsequently escaped.
