Punjab’s Inspector General of Prisons, Mian Farooq Nazir, made a late-night visit to Adiala Jail.
During his visit, the IG Prisons spoke with the jail staff assigned to the barracks of the PTI founder.
He also received a briefing from the prison authorities regarding inmates, pending court cases, internet, Wi-Fi, mobile phone services, and other devices within the jail.
It is worth noting that three new officers, Ali Amir Shah, Amir Fayyaz Bhatti, and Jamaat Ali, have been appointed at Adiala Jail. Ali Amir Shah has been appointed as Additional Superintendent, Amir Fayyaz Bhatti as Deputy Superintendent of Education, and Jamaat Ali as Deputy Superintendent of Judicial Affairs.
