Proposal for Joint Operation Against Bandits in Punjab and Sindh’s Kacha Area

Preparations are underway for a major operation against bandits in the Kacha area of Punjab and Sindh.

Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah has proposed a joint operation involving the police forces of Sindh, Punjab, and Balochistan to tackle the bandits in the Kacha region.

Meanwhile, the Punjab government has announced a reward of 10 million rupees for information leading to the capture of high-value target bandits and 5 million rupees for the arrest of dangerous bandits.

Case Registered for the Martyrdom of 12 Policemen

A case has been registered at the Machka Police Station in Rahim Yar Khan for the martyrdom of 12 police officers. The case names 131 criminals from the Kosh, Sellara, Shar, and Andher gangs.

In the case registered by Inspector Amjad Rashid, charges include terrorism, murder, kidnapping, and other offenses.

On Thursday, bandits in Rahim Yar Khan’s Kacha area attacked police vehicles with rockets, resulting in the martyrdom of 12 police officers and injuries to 6 others.

The following day, police conducted an operation in Machka where the main suspect involved in the attack on police officers was killed.

Federal Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, speaking at a meeting in Rahim Yar Khan, stated that they would go to any lengths to take revenge on those who attacked the police and would not rest until justice is served.

Mohsin Naqvi also instructed for an effective coordinated operation against the miscreants in the Kacha area and directed equipping the forces with modern weapons.
