Passenger Dies on International Flight, Emergency Landing in Karachi

A passenger passed away on an international flight, prompting an emergency landing in Karachi. 

The flight, G9512, operated by a foreign airline, was traveling from Sharjah to Dhaka when a 42-year-old passenger’s health deteriorated, leading the crew to request an emergency landing in Karachi.

With permission from Karachi’s Air Traffic Controller, the plane landed at Karachi Airport. According to the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) spokesperson, the CAA’s medical team inspected the passenger upon landing and confirmed that he had passed away. After completing the necessary formalities, the deceased’s body was handed over to the airline. The plane departed Karachi Airport for Dhaka at 6:15 AM, carrying the body.
