Pakistan’s Independence Day celebrated in Occupied Kashmir

Despite the challenges, Pakistan’s Independence Day was celebrated with enthusiasm by the people in Occupied Kashmir today.

According to Kashmir Media Service, posters in support of Pakistan were put up, and Pakistani flags were hoisted across the valley on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day.

Even under the strict surveillance of occupying forces and CCTV cameras, Kashmiris in various districts managed to display posters supporting Pakistan. The posters carried slogans like “Happy Independence Day” and “We are Pakistanis, Pakistan is ours.”

Occupied Kashmir will observe a Black Day tomorrow, August 15, in response to a call by the All Parties Hurriyat Conference.
