Pakistan Sports Board (PSB) has imposed stricter conditions on federations for obtaining No Objection Certificates (NOCs) to participate in events.
According to the new PSB guidelines, federations must provide detailed performance records of selected players when applying for NOCs. Federations are also required to specify the criteria on which players were selected in their profiles.
The Pakistan Sports Board stated that federations must confirm that the selection of players was made purely on merit.
Additionally, federations will have to submit a detailed performance review report of the players at the end of the event.
According to PSB, the purpose of these measures is to ensure that sports federations conduct the player selection process based on merit and transparency.
