Missing Persons Case: Sindh Police Locate 5 Missing Citizens, Including a Girl; Report Submitted

The Sindh Police have located and recovered five missing citizens, including a girl, and submitted a report to the court.

Justice Nematullah Phulpoto of the Sindh High Court heard petitions regarding the recovery of missing persons, during which government lawyers and police officials presented their cases.

The police report revealed that they have traced and recovered five missing citizens from various areas of Karachi. According to the report, the girl Tanya has voluntarily married, while the missing individuals Khadim, Hamad, Umair Aziz, and Moiz have returned home.

Following the report, the Sindh High Court disposed of the petitions concerning the recovery of these five individuals.

The court also instructed that efforts to recover the missing child Farwa and others be expedited, emphasizing the need to consider the condition of missing children and intensify search efforts.

The government lawyer noted that some families of missing persons are not in contact with the police and do not attend JIT meetings. The court directed that efforts be made to locate those missing persons whose families are not following up on their cases.

The court instructed police and government officials to use modern devices in the search for missing individuals, including Matiullah and others.
