Light drizzle is continuing in various areas of Karachi, with the Meteorological Department forecasting rain in the city from August 16 to 19.
According to the Meteorological Department, light rain or drizzle is also expected in Hyderabad, Thatta, and Badin today.
The Meteorological Department has predicted rain in various parts of the country, including Islamabad, with some areas possibly experiencing heavy rainfall.
Previously, Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz had forecasted that temperatures in Karachi could range between 30 to 32 degrees Celsius this week.
Sardar Sarfraz also mentioned that from August 18 or later, the monsoon winds might shift towards Sindh, bringing the possibility of rain in various locations across the province.
