Injured Female Leopard Rescued from Azad Kashmir Found with 4 Gunshot Wounds
A female leopard rescued from Azad Kashmir in critical condition was found to have four gunshot wounds, as revealed by an X-ray report. The Islamabad Wildlife team rescued the severely injured leopard at the request of the Azad Kashmir Wildlife Department.
The leopard’s condition remains critical, with reports indicating that only one bullet has been successfully removed by doctors so far. Two bullets are lodged near the leopard’s spine, and one is near the chest, making the situation increasingly severe.
The leopard’s deteriorating state continues to be a major concern, and efforts are ongoing to save her life.
