Floods Devastate Balochistan After Torrential Rains

In Balochistan, torrential rains have caused severe flooding, leading to widespread devastation across several cities.

In Jaffarabad and Naseerabad, flood victims are left waiting for aid under the open sky, with Naseerabad facing a food shortage for the past three days and difficulties in accessing medical care.

In Jhal Magsi, connecting roads are damaged, and the Machka River in Qilla Abdullah has overflowed, causing significant damage to orchards, crops, and homes. Roads, bridges, and houses in Qilla Saifullah and Ziarat have also been destroyed.

Meanwhile, traffic on the Ziarat-Quetta highway is halted, and a vehicle coming from Sibi was swept away in the Beji River, resulting in the deaths of two people.
