Faisalabad: Student Kidnapped for Rs 30 Million Ransom Rescued

A student who was abducted from the Madina Town area in Faisalabad has been rescued.

According to the City Police Officer (CPO) Faisalabad, Kamran Adil, the ninth-grade student Ayan was kidnapped on Monday morning by armed men in a car from in front of his home.

Following a report from the student’s mother, a special police team was formed, which managed to arrest the kidnappers who had collected the ransom and rescued the student from a house based on the information provided by the arrested suspects.

Kamran Adil stated that the ransom money was recovered from the kidnappers and a case has been registered against them at the Madina Town police station.

The police reported that the kidnappers had demanded Rs 30 million in ransom. The police have rescued the student and arrested two of the kidnappers, while the search for the third accomplice is ongoing.
