In Balochistan’s Mach area, a gas pipeline was swept away by floods, leading to the suspension of gas supply to Quetta and several other regions.
According to a spokesperson from Sui Southern Gas, an 18-inch gas pipeline was affected by the flood in Mach.
As a result, gas supply to various areas, including Quetta, Mastung, Kalat, Pishin, and Ziarat, has been disrupted.
The spokesperson added that repair work on the damaged gas pipeline will commence once security clearance is obtained.
