In Lahore’s Judicial Colony, robbers attempted a break-in at the house of the late Justice Sharif Hussain Bukhari, which was foiled by the family who raised an alarm.
According to the police, around 9 PM, one of the robbers climbed over the wall of the late retired justice’s residence and opened the main gate, allowing his two accomplices to enter.
The police reported that all three robbers were masked and wearing gloves. They attempted to enter the house through the kitchen door, but the family saw them via CCTV cameras and raised an alarm, causing the robbers to flee.
Authorities have stated that they are now searching for the suspects using the CCTV footage.
