Jang News, September 5, 2024

The Islamabad High Court has remarked that vehicles come to homes, and people are taken away without anyone, including the local SHO, knowing.

Justice Babar Sattar of the Islamabad High Court made these remarks during the hearing of the case for the recovery of missing citizen Faizan Usman. Islamabad IG Ali Nasir Rizvi appeared in court in compliance with a court order.

Despite the court order, missing citizen Faizan Usman was not recovered. The Additional Attorney General requested an extension of two to three more days.

IG Islamabad Ali Nasir Rizvi stated that he spent half an hour with Faizan’s father and mentioned that Faizan’s location was last traced in Islamabad and then in Lahore on August 17. They have reviewed footage showing some individuals with masked faces, while others were not clearly visible.

Justice Babar Sattar remarked that vehicles, such as Vigo trucks, arrive at homes, and individuals are taken away without the knowledge of the local police, including the SHO. It appears that the practice of abducting people continues without any fear.
