The bodies of 4 out of the 6 missing passengers from the luxury yacht that met with an accident off the coast of Italy have been found.
According to a British news agency, after the yacht accident near the coast of Sicily, Italy, British tech giant Mike Lynch, his 18-year-old daughter Hannah, Morgan Stanley International Chairman Jonathan Blumer, his wife, renowned American lawyer Chris Morvillo, and his wife were reported missing.
The search for the missing passengers from the luxury yacht that sank off the coast of Italy continued for two days. Eventually, the bodies of British tech giant Mike Lynch, his daughter Hannah, Jonathan Blumer, and Chris Morvillo were recovered.
Local authorities have stated that the bodies have been transferred to the hospital, while the search for the bodies of Chris Morvillo’s and Jonathan Blumer’s wives is ongoing.
It is worth noting that 22 people were on board the British-made Basian yacht when it was caught in a storm and met with an accident.
The yacht’s captain reported that after hitting the storm, the yacht capsized and sank in less than two minutes, leaving those inside with no time to escape.
