New oil and gas reserves have been discovered in Kohat, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
According to a statement from Oil and Gas Development Company Limited (OGDCL), initial estimates indicate the recovery of 17.9 million cubic feet of gas and 153 barrels of oil per day from the Razzgar-1 well.
The statement also mentioned that drilling of this well in Kohat began on January 9 of this year.
It is worth noting that new gas reserves were also recently discovered in Rahim Yar Khan, specifically from the Chak 1-202 of the Mari East Block.
