Japan’s Kanto region, including Tokyo, is currently facing Typhoon Ampil.

Due to strong winds and stormy weather in Tokyo, flight operations have been severely disrupted, leading to the cancellation of hundreds of flights.

It is feared that more than 100,000 passengers may be affected by these flight cancellations due to the typhoon and adverse weather conditions.

In light of the typhoon, all bullet trains between Tokyo and Nagoya have also been canceled.

The Japanese government has issued evacuation orders for nearly 19,000 residents from the affected areas.

Additionally, around 2,000 homes in Japan are experiencing power outages due to the typhoon.
