3-Member Robbery Gang Arrested Near Shah Latif Town in Karachi; Weapons, Car, and Motorcycles Recovered

Karachi: Shah Latif Town police arrested a three-member gang involved in robberies along the National Highway.

According to the Malir Police spokesperson, Shah Latif Town police conducted a raid near Brohi Chowk based on confidential information and arrested three gang members identified as Saleem Khan, Abid Ali, and Amjad Ali. The police seized two pistols, bullets, a car, three motorcycles, and the chassis and spare parts of eight dismantled motorcycles from the suspects.

The spokesperson stated that during initial interrogation, the suspects confessed to being involved in street crimes along the National and Super Highways and other parts of the city. The recovered Honda Civic was reported stolen a few days ago from the jurisdiction of Steel Town Police Station.

The suspects revealed during questioning that they would rob citizens of motorcycles at gunpoint, dismantle the parts, and sell them at various locations in the city. Shah Latif Town police are currently checking records related to the recovered motorcycles and chassis.
